Introduction

The Russian bass Stanislav Shvets has reached a vocal standard which is surely an indication of stardom to come. His beautiful, dark, evenly produced bass has already won him many high profile engagements.

Throughout his busy career he has appeared at Glyndebourne Festival Opera, San Francisco Opera, Bastille Opera Paris, Aix en Provence Festival, Deutsche Staatoper Berlin and Concertgebouw Amsterdam, among others.

Future engagements include Ramfis at Opera Ireland and Daland in Der fliegende Holländer at Teatro San Carlo di Napoli and various engagements at the Stanislavski and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Music Theatre.
