Three of London’s best known arts presenters, Askonas Holt, Raymond Gubbay and Sadler’s Wells have recently launched Spring Dance at the London Coliseum, a prestigious and exciting new collaboration bringing some of the finest dance companies in the world to one of London’s greatest stages.

Over an initial period of five years from 2008, this partnership will present many of the world’s foremost dance and ballet companies, taking advantage of the magnificently refurbished London Coliseum (home of English National Opera) to stage productions rarely seen in the UK. The programme will be complemented by runs of award-winning UK shows and by world premieres of brand new productions.

The season commences in the finest of styles with the long awaited returns of New York City Ballet and Stuttgart Ballet, and also embraces the unique talents of Carlos Acosta, Sylvie Guillem and Russell Maliphant. With seven world class programmes to choose from, the season will be a feast of international dance.
