Stuttgart Ballet
Stuttgart Ballet was raised to international prominence during the early 1960's by John Cranko, and remains to this day one of finest ballet companies in the world. Under the artistic direction of Reid Anderson, it has a broad and constantly developing repertoire combining classic Cranko repertoire with new works by choreographers including Christian Spuck, Uwe Scholz, Mauro Bigonzetti, Wayne McGregor and Douglas Lee.
Askonas Holt was delighted to present Stuttgart Ballet at the London Coliseum in March 2008, as part of the Spring Dance season. After an absence of 27 years, the company received rapturous acclaim from British audiences for its outstanding performances of Cranko's 'Romeo and Juliet'.
