Berliner Philharmoniker: Dublin and Liverpool with Sir Simon Rattle

The Berliner Philharmoniker return to the BBC Proms, and make their debut in Dublin and in Liverpool, hometown of Sir Simon Rattle, on the occasion of the city's celebrations as European Capital of Culture.
