Russian-born Stanislav Kochanovsky works regularly at the Mariinskiy Theatre, St Petersburg, and with orchestras including the State Academic Symphony “Evgeny Svetlanov”, Moscow State Symphony and the St Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestras.
Guest engagements have already included Accademia Nazionale di Santa Caecelia, Rome, Orchestra della Toscana, Symphony Orchestra Giuseppe Verdi Milan, Israel Symphony Orchestra and North Netherlands Symphony Orchestra. All have earned immediate re-invitations. Future engagements include NHK Symphony, Tokyo, Orchestre National de Lyon, Teatro Carlo Felice, Genova, Royal Seville Symphony Orchestra, Filarmonica Arturo Toscanini, Orchestre National d’Ile de France.
Nicholas Carter is an Australian-born conductor of exceptional versatility, equally at home in the concert hall and opera house, offering repertoire from early classical to contemporary. Still only 29, he regularly guest conducts the major Australian symphony orchestras, and in 2016 becomes Principal Conductor of Adelaide Symphony Orchestra.
Formerly Associate Conductor of Grand Teton Music Festival, he then served as Kapellmeister at Hamburgische Staatsoper under Simone Young, before taking up the invitation of Donald Runnicles to become Kapellmeister at the Deutsche Oper Berlin from the 2014/2015 season. Recent guest engagements outside Australasia have included Dallas Symphony, Staatsorchester Braunschweig, Louisiana Philharmonic, Dalasinfoniettan Sweden, Sinfonieorchester Basel and a gala programme with Diana Damrau and the Hamburg Philharmonic Orchestra.
