Askonas Holt welcomes bass William Thomas



Askonas Holt is delighted to announce worldwide management of bass William Thomas. Winner of the 2019 Veronica Dunne International Singing Competition, 2018 Kathleen Ferrier Award and 2018 John Christie Award, William is fast making a name for himself as one of today’s most promising young singers.

Recent highlights include his Wigmore Hall debut in Graham Johnson’s Songmakers’ Almanac, Bartók’s Cantata Profana with the London Symphony Orchestra conducted François-Xavier Roth at the Barbican, and Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony in Lyon under Alan Gilbert. William is a Help Musicians UK Maidment Award holder and is currently on the Opera Course at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where he will compete for this year’s Gold Medal.

William will be represented at Askonas Holt by Keiron Cooke and Jonathan Turnbull.
