An alumna of the Juilliard School and Bayerische Staatsoper opera studio, Natalia won second-prize at the 58th Tenor Viñas International Singing Contest earlier this year.
This season sees Natalia make her role debut as Bizet’s Carmen at Teatro Municipal de Santiago and return to the Bayerische Staatsoper in Puccini’s Il trittico as part of the Opernfestspiele. Futher ahead, she will make her debut with at the Gran Teatre del Liceu.
From a musical family, Natalia travelled as a child around the world with her grandmother, singer Nani Bregvadze. Natalia tells us: “I never had a feeling that the concert stage was something new for me. Also, watching the discipline and the lifestyle of an artist from a very early age helped me tremendously to deal with the challenges that especially new artists face.”
