At his debut concert with the Czech Philharmonic, the Romanian maestro Cristian Macelaru conducted pieces by Verdi, Beethoven and Aram Khachaturian’s Violin Concerto, in which the Armenian soloist Sergey Khachatryan performed the solo part.
