Daniel Harding returns to Munich to conduct the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks



Daniel Harding returns to Munich this week for two concerts with the Symponieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks on the 10 and 11 January. The programme will include Schönberg’s Violin Concerto Op. 36 and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6 in F Major. Violinist Isabelle Faust will join Daniel and the orchestra for Bartok’s monumental concerto.

Later this month, Daniel will perform with his Swedish Radio orchestra in Stockholm on 25 and 26 January, and Orchestre de Paris on 30 and 31 January. Daniel will then embark on a tour of the US with the Royal Concertgebouw orchestra with a programme including Brahms, Strauss, Beethoven, and Mozart.

Daniel will be returning to Munich with Symponieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks in May, this time for Berg’s Violin Concerto with Leonidas Kavakos, and Mahler’s Symphony No. 5.
