Elīna Garanča gives long-awaited debut at Wigmore Hall



This Friday, Elīna Garanča gives her long awaited and much anticipated debut recital at the Wigmore Hall in London. She will sing a beautiful programme of Brahms, Duparc and Rachmaninov songs, accompanied by Roger Vignoles. 
This season has already been busy for Elīna, with operatic engagements including ‘Werther’ at the Vienna State Opera, ‘La Favorite’ at Deutsche Oper Berlin, and other recitals within Europe. 
Looking ahead she will sing in ‘Werther’ at Opéra National de Paris, (where she also gives another sold out recital), returns to The Metropolitan Opera in the spring for ‘Roberto Devereux’, alongside various recitals (including the Musikverein in Vienna) and concerts throughout the world.
Elīna performs at Wigmore Hall on Friday 11 December at 19.30
