- Alexander Gavrylyuk began November recording a solo recital disc in Amsterdam.
- Robin Ticciati is currently recording the complete Schumann symphonies with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra for Linn Records and returns to the studio in December to record Dvorák’s New World Symphony with the Bamberger Symphoniker on Tudor Records. The album will be completed by Dvorák’s American Suite.
- Matthew Rose, Jonathan Cohen and his Arcangelo ensemble recorded a disc of Classical Mozart arias based on those first sung by Francesco Benucci, the creator of some of Mozart’s best known roles.
- Sarah Connolly, Neal Davies, Brindley Sherratt and Robert Murray will be recording Offenbach’s Fantasio with Sir Mark Elder and the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment for Opera Rara. This will be followed by a concert performance at the Royal Festival Hall on 15th December:
