Since his association with Oper Frankfurt from the start of the 2015/16 season, James Rutherford has performed such roles as Herr von Faninal in ‘Der Rosenkavalier’, and the title role in ‘Der Fliegende Holländer’. This month sees James Rutherford take to the stage again, this time singing his first Wotan in Wagner’s mighty ‘Das Rheingold’ and ‘Die Walküre’.
