Nicholas Carter makes his debut with Rundfunk Sinfonieorchester Berlin

Nicholas Carter makes his concert debut this weekend with Rundfunk Sinfonieorchester Berlin, in a ‘Concert for the Oceans’ with the WWF, featuring Vaughan Williams A Sea Symphony and eminent Australian composer Brett Dean’s Pastoral Symphony at the Philharmonie Berlin.

Later this season, he returns to BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, Deutsche Oper Berlin (Rigoletto), and Deutsche Oper am Rhein (Don Carlo). In Adelaide, he will conduct Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms, Beethoven Symphony No. 9 and conduct a commercial recording of the complete Beethoven piano concertos with Jayson Gillham. He also returns to the orchestra of the Australian National Academy of Music Melbourne and to the West Australian Symphony Orchestra.
