About the Performance

Robin Tritschler stars in a concert performance of Robert O’Dwyer’s Eithne with the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Fergus Sheil. After one hundred years of absence, the first Romantic opera of Ireland is finally brought back to life in this performance. Sung in the Irish language, the performance was broadcast live from the National Concert Hall in Dublin.
