Opéra de Paris debut for Andrey

We wish Andrey Zhilikhovsky all the best as he makes his house debut at Opéra de Paris, performing the role of Robert in Tchaikovsky’s ‘Iolanta’. In this new production by Dmitri Tcherniakov, Andrey is joined by Sonya Yoncheva as Iolanta and Alexander Tsymbalyuk in his role debut as Roi René.
Andrey will then go on Teatro Municipal de Santiago to sing Schaunard ‘La bohème’, followed by the title role in ‘Eugene Onegin’ with the Icelandic Opera, whilst Alexander will revive two of his staple roles: Gremin in Hamburg and Boris at Bayerische Staatsoper
Performances take place on 7, 9, 11, 14, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28 and 30 March, and 1 April. For more information and tickets, visit the Opéra de Paris website
