    Kate grew up in Birmingham, where her introduction to classical music was as a member of the City of Birmingham Symphony Youth Chorus during Sir Simon Rattle’s time as MD of the CBSO. She studied French and Music at the University of Sheffield and worked in Bordeaux for a year as part of her course. After graduating, she joined the Vocal Department at Hazard Chase where she worked for three years before joining the team at Askonas Holt in 2009.     Artist Administrator

    Rowan graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama with a BMus (Hons) specialising in cello and Viola da Gamba in 2019. Alongside her studies, she managed various college ensembles and was also employed as Brecon Baroque’s Festival Assistant from 2017-2019, which fuelled her ambition to work within artist management.

    Her interest in Early Music, both as an instrumentalist and singer, has led to some memorable performance opportunities. Recent highlights include playing alongside Rachel Podger and the Brecon Baroque Ensemble, Fretwork at Dartington Hall and masterclasses with world renowned gamba players Vittorio Ghielmi, Hille Perl and Sarah Cunningham.

    Following her graduation and a short period of freelancing and teaching, Rowan joined Askonas Holt in February 2020. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, singing in chamber choirs and tap dancing.

    Assistant Artist Manager

    Hannah has been part of the Askonas Holt team since 2015. After graduating with a first in Music from Goldsmiths, University of London, Hannah started working for BBC Radio 2 before leaving to join Universal Music. A tough decision between her two true loves, music and food, Hannah enjoys singing regularly with the BBC Symphony Chorus and at the BBC Proms, becoming a member during her university days. Come the weekend, she likes nothing more than baking up a storm Mary Berry style and licking cake batter/ peanut butter straight from the spoon.

    Keiron was born in Aldeburgh and studied Sociology at the University of Bath, where he was a Choral Scholar at Bath Abbey. His first job in music was as a teenager, working in the Box Office for Aldeburgh Music. After graduating, he worked as a Curator at the Britten-Pears Library for five years and was involved in many key Britten publications. He then worked at Glyndebourne as Assistant to the Director of Artistic Administration before joining the team at Askonas Holt in 2005. When not attending concerts or opera performances he enjoys the theatre, eating out and cooking in.

    Associate Artist Manager

    Callan is a graduate of the Royal Irish Academy of Music and Dublin City University (BA in Music Performance) and Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin (MSc in Management), receiving distinction in his dissertation entitled “How Arts and Cultural Organisations are using Technology to redevelop and innovate their Business Models”. He left Ireland behind in 2017 to join the Askonas Holt team as an Assistant Artist Manager in the Singers department, moving into the role of Associate Artist Manager in December 2019. Last season, Callan also volunteered his time as Marketing Manager for Young People in the Arts. A keen runner, Callan will be running the 2020 London Marathon in aid of Cancer Research UK and in memory of his Dad.

    Callan guest-edited the Autumn 2019 edition of our magazine, The Green Room, with a focus on education.

    Italian-born Fabiana joined Askonas Holt in 1998 when she became Artist Manager. Before joining Askonas Holt, she obtained a PhD in History of the Russian Language at the University of Florence, Italy, studied one year at the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (having been awarded a scholarship by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and at the London School of Economics. She also gathered extensive international experience having worked in Ukraine and travelling to Armenia, India, Mongolia and Siberia with Civil Service International. Her hobbies include rock climbing, skiing, playing the piano, and going to the theatre (Ibsen, Chekhov and Beckett are among her favourites).

    Sophie was born in Manchester and studied Music at King’s College London, receiving a First Class Honours degree in 2007.  Shortly after graduating, she joined Askonas Holt as an intern in the Vocal Department, before becoming an Assistant Artist Manager, as well as taking the role of PA to Robert Rattray, Former CEO, from 2010 to 2013. Recently promoted to Artist Manager, Sophie is excited to continue developing and building her list of artists. When not attending concerts or opera performances, she enjoys socialising with friends, swimming, spa treatments and will be performing her first trouser role as Aladdin in her local panto this autumn!

    Aifric graduated with a B.A. in History of Art and Architecture and French from Trinity College, Dublin and joined Askonas Holt in January 2018. While studying, Aifric played the French Horn and managed the Trinity Orchestra, leading the ensemble in performances of both classical and contemporary music. After graduating, she moved to France and worked in tourism. She has lived and worked in Paris, Bordeaux, and New York, and enjoys travelling, cooking, and visiting galleries in her spare time.
