    Rob started working at Askonas Holt in March 2017. Previously, he was the Production Manager for Improvised Music Company, a Dublin based contemporary music promoter. He is the co-founder of Ensemble Music, a Dublin-based music company that works with up and coming contemporary classical artists, and has worked as the music coordinator for Heartbeat of Home with composer Brian Byrne. While studying for his BA in Music in Trinity College, he was the production manager, guitarist and arranger for the Trinity Orchestra. In his spare time, Rob likes to exercise and get stuck into a good video game.

    Esther graduated with a Master’s degree in Cultural and Music Management from the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München in 2015. After three years working as Tours and RPCO Assistant for the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in London, she joined Askonas Holt in November 2018. Previously, she worked for the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, Sony Classical Germany in Berlin, Konzertdirektion Schmid in Hannover, and the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, tango dancing and playing the violin in various London classical orchestras as well as at many – mainly Irish – traditional music venues.

    Before joining Askonas Holt in 2007, Sergio worked in government, business and arts philanthropy departments in Tokyo, Madrid and New York. For Sergio, it is hard to imagine anything better than working in the Tours & Projects Department of Askonas Holt. Sharing the passion of bringing audiences together through music, movement, creativity and imagination is what drives and moves him – especially doing it with the incredibly talented, fun and creative team of the Tours & Projects Department.

    Before joining the Tours team at Askonas Holt in December 2018, Tom worked for the London Philharmonic Orchestra. He has a BA in Modern Languages from Worcester College at the University of Oxford and spent the summers in between concert managing at the Lichfield Festival. When he is not travelling, Tom enjoys baking up a storm in the kitchen at home and spending evenings out at the theatre.

    Graduating Trinity College Dublin in 2008 with a joint honours first class degree in Music & Mathematics, Eoin worked firstly for Ireland’s national opera company – Opera Ireland. In 2010, he moved to London to take up the role of Programming Coordinator at Barbican’s Music Department. After a year in New York participating in the prestigious ‘Mountbatten Institute’ cultural exchange program Eoin returned to London in 2014 to join the Askonas Holt touring division as a Project Administrator. Recently promoted to Project Manager, he has a keen interested in special projects involving staged/production elements, touring American orchestras as well as vocal and contemporary projects.

    Aislinn joined the Tours and Projects Department in June 2014, having previously worked at English Touring Opera in Partnerships and Development. Originally from New Zealand, Aislinn spent several years touring throughout North America, Europe, and Asia as a Principal dancer in Riverdance, and worked with Dublin-based contemporary dance company Ériu before settling in the UK. Aislinn has a BA (Hons) in history and English literature.

    Business Development Manager, China

    Shiyi joined Askonas Holt in 2017. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Arts, Enterprise and Development from the University of Warwick and before moving to the UK, worked for China National Centre for the Performing Arts Orchestra as Head of Stage Management and Production. She previously studied Music, Arts Management at the Central Conservatory of Music. Her hobbies include playing Erhu (a traditional Chinese musical instrument), cooking and travelling.

    Mette has a Master’s Degree in Dance Studies and Communication from the University of Copenhagen. Since moving to London in the summer of 2011, she has worked with Shobana Jeyasingh Dance and the English National Ballet. She also took a break from her career in the performing arts in the spring and summer of 2012 to work at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Mette joined the Tours team at Askonas Holt in November 2014.
