Rosa Feola makes double debut at the Mostly Mozart Festival in New York

This weekend, Rosa Feola makes both her Mostly Mozart Festival and Lincoln Center debut under the baton of Christian Zacharias. Over two evenings, Rosa will perform an all-Mozart programme at David Geffen Hall which includes two works for soprano and orchestra: Ch’io mi scordi di te… Non temer, amato bene K.505 and Bella mia fiamma… Resta, o cara K.528. The festival, which has been running since 12 July and finishes on 12 August, features a number of Askonas Holt artists including Renée and Robert Belfer Music Director Louis Langrée, Inon Barnatan, Emanuel Ax, and Robin Tritschler.

Rosa will then travel directly to Beijing to perform as Amina in Bellini’s La Sonnambula at the National Centre for Performing Arts, having recently made her debut in the role at Royal Opera House Muscat. Later in the season, Rosa will make her house and title role debut in Lucia di Lammermoor with Basel Opera, and will make her Metropolitan Opera debut in Rigoletto under Nicola Luisotti. Rosa will also return to Opernhaus Zurich for Rigoletto, La finta Giardiniera, and Il turco in Italia.
