Ziyu He to make debut with China NCPA Orchestra

This coming Sunday, Ziyu He will be making his first appearance with the China National Centre for the Performing Arts Orchestra under the baton of Tung-Chieh Chuang. The concert, entitled ‘Romantic as It Is III: A Love Letter from Shakespeare’, is centered around Mendelssohn’s celebrated Violin Concerto in E minor and Sarasate’s Fantasy on Bizet’s Carmen.

Just two weeks before, Ziyu made a further Chinese debut with Xi’an Symphony Orchestra, stepping in last-minute for a cancellation to perform/direct Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons at Xi’an Concert Hall. Ziyu continues to build relationships with orchestras around the world and looks forward to a busy 2019/20 season.

The concert on Sunday will be available to watch on the NCPA Classical Music Website soon after the event has passed.
